Casa Mayor Yoga Retreat
Yoga Working Holidays
After thoroughly considering the current situation with regards to Covid 19,
and the implications for you as customers, and also for the team here,
Casa Mayor Yoga Retreat feels that the best course of action is to remain closed at least until the end of 2020
We are very sorry to have to take this decision and have not taken it lightly, however we value the health and well-being of our clients very highly and feel that any chance of a potential risk is too much of a chance to take and outweighs the benefit of running any yoga retreats this year.
We look forward to welcoming you next year,
And let us hope these difficult and strange times will be behind us all.
Stay safe and well,
With much love from Casa Mayor Yoga Retreat

Yoga Working Holiday Reviews:
Tim Nolan - 5 star
The yoga working holiday in June 2015 was nothing short of a life-changing experience for me. I arrived with a headful of work commitments and accumulated day-to-day 'clutter' and my body calling out for some attention. The yoga and meditation (first time for me), the friendship, good humour and generosity of everyone I met at Casa Mayor, the healthful, satisfying work refreshed and calmed my mind; and the combination of all of the above together with more yoga and fabulous vegetarian food strengthened and reinvigorated my body. The mix of work, rest and yoga is a potent combination that brought me a sense of balance and presence that I believe will always stay with me. I will definitely repeat. Casa Mayor is a very special place and the hosts and yoga specialists, Deirdre and Bill, are very special people.

I did a week-long working yoga holiday with Deirdre and Bill and recommend it to yogis of all levels. While there I met some delightful like-minded people who felt like family within a few days of the holiday. Deirdre is lovely and an incredible chef. Bill is a nice chap with many interesting conversation points. Their four dogs are timid, friendly, well-behaved, and cute. The grounds are awe-inspiring and a pleasure to be immersed in with gorgeous mountain views and sunsets from nearly anywhere on the property. Work was 4hrs/day with one day off. Fun to contribute to the beauty that is Casa Mayor. Pool was so refreshing. 5 Tibetans and meditation in the mornings with gentle relaxing yoga in the evening. Learned a lot and used ropes for first time. Still buzzing from my time there! Thank you, Dierdre and Bill!
